This document is a professional template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before your organization relies on it.

1. Introduction

Dial2AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit this website and when organizations use the Dial2AI Radio service (the “Service”). If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the site or the Service. This policy complements our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Website analytics data

When you visit this site we collect first-party analytics such as the pages you view, the links and elements you click, the referrer that brought you here, your browser and user-agent, access times, approximate location derived from your IP address, viewport size, and a session identifier. This is first-party analytics only — we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Contact information you provide

If you use our Contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, and message you submit so that we can respond to your inquiry.

Service data (for customer organizations)

When an organization uses Dial2AI Radio, the Service processes radio audio, transcripts, detected events, and related operational data on that organization’s behalf in order to provide the Service. This data is handled under the organization’s account and its agreement with us. The organization is the controller of that data and is responsible for providing appropriate notices to, and obtaining any consents required from, its personnel, as described in the Terms of Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and secure this website;
  • respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact form;
  • understand and improve site usage and performance through aggregate analytics;
  • provide, maintain, and improve the Service for customer organizations; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Disclosure of Information

We may share information:

  • with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics infrastructure) under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or us; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.

For service data processed on behalf of a customer organization, disclosure is governed by that organization’s agreement with us.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Service data is retained in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. For service data we hold on behalf of an organization, please direct your request to that organization, which is responsible for it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The site and the Service are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children.
