Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
This document is a professional template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before your organization relies on it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dial2AI Radio service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and Dial2AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Service Description
Dial2AI Radio is a voice-AI service that layers on top of an organization’s existing two-way radio (LMR) communications to provide capabilities such as transcription, real-time incident and hazard detection, a conversational SOP and knowledge assistant, cross-channel coordination, and searchable operational records. It is provided to organizations and their authorized users.
3. AI Limitations and No Professional Advice
The AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated output, and automated detection and transcription may miss, misclassify, or mis-transcribe events. Output should be independently verified. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not be relied on as such.
4. Safety-Critical Use and Emergencies
The Service is an assistive layer, not a safety or life-safety system. It must not be used as the sole means of detecting hazards, issuing emergency warnings, or ensuring worker safety.
Existing radio procedures, alarms, safety systems, and regulatory protocols remain authoritative and must stay in place. In an emergency, contact your site emergency procedures and local emergency services (for example, 911) immediately — do not rely on the Service.
5. Customer Content and Knowledge Base
The organization retains ownership of its content, documents, SOPs, and knowledge base provided to or created through the Service. The organization is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that content and for the permissions it configures.
6. Recording and Processing of Radio Communications
Using the Service involves capturing, transcribing, and processing radio audio and related data to provide the Service. The organization is responsible for providing appropriate notice to, and obtaining any consents required from, its personnel, and for complying with laws applicable to recording communications. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use it for unlawful purposes or to cause harm;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or compromise the AI models or infrastructure;
- disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
- misuse it to harass or endanger others.
8. Service “As Is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
